High waisted waistband with optional front or back zipper 

Three layers; Fuchsia Satin layered with Neon Hologram Spandex,  under tulle. Self fabric waistband with 8" zipper

Fuchsia compression shorts option with two wide side pockets (inside seams length varies on size)

Detachable bow (You can chose not to add the bow on the skirt)
